So what did we accomplish since we revealed Mexican Ninja to the world? And what's next for the one and only Juan? Let's find out...

It was a dark and stormy night on Jun 13th - when suddenly - HE APPEARED.

This marks the debut of our very first Announcement Trailer!

Something something, "in a bruised up pueblo"

We quickly got picked up by a myriad of press sites like IGN, MonsterVine, Noisy Pixel and...MSN for some reason? Y'all are alive? Huh.

Anyways, right after we set our sight in our first player-centric milestone, the very first playtest!

Jun 26th - First playtest

Lasting a little longer than 2 weeks, we had INCREDIBLE feedback on the flow, upgrades, pacing and more for Mexican Ninja!

So, after testing our little playtest with a bunch of you, we decided to - E X P A N D.

Aug 18th - Gamescom

That's right wey! We went all the way to Gamescom! We were loud, brought merch, offered themed mexicano condoms and had WAYYY too much sakila. But hey, we got even more feedback that was sorely needed!

So what's next?

Aug 29th - MIX Fallshowcase

We were honored to be selected to premiere a new gameplay trailer on The Mix Fall Showcase! We showed off never seen before bosses, jutsus and more!

Sep 3rd - First gameplay trailer

Shortly after, we were picked up by the almighty IGN gods and blessed the world with another look at El Ninja in action!

Then the train happens. The steam event train. From september to december we were part of 14 (holy shiiiiii), YES 14 (FOURTEEN) steam events! That's 3.5 events per month! Almost 1 event per week!

Starting with:

Sep 15th - Six One Indie Showcase

Our good friend Six One invited us to not only air our newest trailer on their showcase, but to also start gearing up towards our very first public demo.

Sep 16th - Mexican Entertainment System

Speaking of events, how about one representing mi casa? That's right, we were part of the Mexican Entertainment System, because, how could we not? Like, it's in the title.

Oct 3rd - First Demo

THIS IS IT!

On the day of our lord October 3rd 2025, the first Mexican Ninja demo became available to all! Featuring:

-1st complete level -Multiple jutsus to try -Many death charms to test -Several meta upgrades -Skins and cosmetics -SECRETS AND LORE

But primarily we required one thing, and one thing only...

Oct 3rd - LAGS Creator Fest

To coincide with the demo's release, we were also not only part of the main lineup but also a sponsor for LAGShowcase x Creator Fest!

We saw hundreds of people trying our demo for the first time, all sorts of skill levels, different needs and specific feedback was flying left and right towards our team. We knew we had something, but how much did people like this demo?

WAIT IS THAT...92% RATING? AIIII DIOS MIOOO WHAT THE MIERDA?

Ok...ok, stay calm, we have a bunch more events on the way - starting with:

Oct 9th - Beat 'em Up
