Announcement of Version 1.9 Update for Metal Slug: Awakening

We are scheduled for a maintenance update from 14:00 to 20:00 (UTC - 5) on June 9th. Once the update is complete, you will receive New Version Invitation *1 (redeemable only once for Sapphires *500) when logging into the game.

Gameplay Updates and Optimizations

1. New Gameplay: Phantasmic Geocenter

Brand-new PVE gameplay, vast map, and a thrilling mowing experience! In the Phantasmic Geocenter gameplay, you can:

• Carry the brand - new combat unit - Source Energy Mech, explore in randomly generated large - scale map levels, enjoy exciting battles, eliminate enemy soldiers to accumulate energy, and defeat the final boss.

• Obtain generous rewards: Legendary - quality Laser Gun, Mythic Weapon Fragments, Season - exclusive Solution Chip, and a large number of other rewards.

1. New Joint Operation - Abyss

• New mechanism levels "Slate Sealing Spirit" and "Melting Ice" are officially available.

• Gameplay Reward Upgrade: In the Joint Operation - Abyss gameplay, the ranking rewards in the Abyss Polar Mode have been upgraded to selectable fragments of classic legendary weapons.

• Friendly reminder: After the S4 version update, Double Empowerment Cards will be recycled along with other S3 Season items. Each Double Empowerment Card will be refunded with 88 Rubies.

• Wrecking Yard/Core Express/Djinn of Wealth unlocks new area Parking No. 8/Station/Altar

• The Raid Voucher drop rate for Maze Challenge has been adjusted: Now you can claim 1 voucher for every 2 completions.

1. Stage rewards raised

The first-clearance rewards of coins and Military Card for S4 World Adventure levels have been raised.

• After the new season starts, commanders can complete mission challenges in the Season Kick-off event mission

to obtain the legendary quality Laser Gun - Sunwheel Scale and a large number of rewards.

• The Season Kick-off event lasts for 30 days and contains 7 mission challenges. One mission challenge will be unlocked each day after the season starts.
