Metal Golem: First Contact changes
I received many helpful ideas from our testers over the beta process to help polish up the game and get it ready for release. Here are some of the additions made:
Native Controller support
Health pickups now respawn after 2.5 min (to help get that score even higher)
Fuel system for jog has been implemented (watch for a green pickup at the original start location for additional fuel and ammo upgrades) every 60 sec.
Minimum score of 50 points in order to qualify for leaderboard position
Leader board now uses Steam name (with option to override)
Game over menu spruced up
A settings menu from the main screen (where you can toggle off the music and listen to your own mix)
A Diagram explaining the controls of the game
improved base movement speed
Quick reload action
As a special thank you upon release All beta keys will transition to full build keys so you can continue to squash the Kaydiest swarms free of charge!
