Patch with Russian translation

It’s been three years since the good people of Mesmer rose up to challenge their cruel rulers, and history is still deciding if the battle is finally and truly won… For now, you can experience the fire of rebellion once again, in a different language!

This patch adds a full Russian translation and localization for Mesmer, our game about overthrowing a despot, in addition to the following changes: Fixes to a "literal" ton of grammatical, punctuational, and spelling errors; Some dialogues and mission descriptions have been rewritten for better clarity; Fixed mission markers in some missions not pointing to the right location; Fixed the “Sweet Child of Mine” -achievement, it should now trigger correctly.
