Thank you all for your passionate support for Meow Craft during the Steam Next Fest. With the release of this DEMO, we have received a lot of valuable feedback and suggestions. We are currently deeply optimizing the gameplay and continuing to develop future content. As many of you requested, the “Auto-Selling Paw” is currently in development, and we are adding more gameplay content based on your feedback. Here are the details of this update:

New Additions:

  1. Added keyboard shortcuts. Many players reported that the controls were too cumbersome, so we are attempting to add hotkeys to reduce excessive mouse usage during gameplay.

  2. Added a “Auto-Smith” toggle, which can be enabled in the Craft interface.

  3. Added an Exterior Wall Transparency slider in Settings; the default Opacity is set to 40%.

  4. Added a dynamic exclamation mark prompt to the Shop button when Supplier Shop is unlocked.

Optimizations Based on Player Feedback:

  1. Removed the camera zoom-in effect on the Customer interface; changed to interaction buttons directly within the scene.

  2. The Achievements interface will now prioritize displaying unclaimed achievements.

  3. The Modify interface now displays an effect preview above the item being modified.

  4. Adjusted the Craft Level required to unlock employees; players can now recruit more employees faster.

  5. Significantly reduced the experience required for Blueprint Mastery.

  6. Reduced the Fish Coins required for modification and slightly increased the base selling price after modification (Total value increase raised from 20% to 30%).

  7. Reduced the refresh time of Guild Orders from 3,600 seconds to 2,400 seconds, and changed the third slot to require Tier 2/3 Blueprints.

  8. Adjusted the Decoration Rating for statue-type objects.

  9. Added guide images for assigning Browntail and Amew to the Anvil in the tutorial, ensuring players understand that specific Elite Employees can also work at the anvil.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Fixed an issue where the Anvil visual effects were out of sync during acceleration.

  2. Fixed a display error caused by changing employee positions while performing the celebration animation after crafting high-quality items.

  3. Fixed a tile issue near the low wall on the right side.

Furthermore, based on your feedback, we have more features currently in development, including further optimization of shop sales interactions, Lilypaw’s auto-patrol selling function, quick-selling from shelves, more convenient shop management features, and additional equipment modification gameplay for the future. Thank you again for providing us with your feedback and suggestions. We will continue working hard to bring you an even better gaming experience.

We are still actively developing the game, and your feedback is truly crucial to us. If you encounter any issues during the demo, please feel free to join our discord channel to share your experience and suggestions.
