📖 Final Quest Almost Ready – Update + Personal Note 📖

📝 A Quick Personal Note:

The update took longer than I expected. I want to apologize for the delay.

Part of the reason was… me. I realized I’ve been procrastinating more than usual lately. Maybe it’s fear—after seeing some recent censorship incidents, I started to worry my game might get taken down too. Maybe it’s because the game is already out, and somewhere deep in my mind I gave myself permission to slow down. I’m not entirely sure.

Originally, I wanted to release a Next Fest demo for a new game this October, but I’ve postponed that plan to the winter nextfest instead.

That said, I wasn’t completely idle.

During this time, I’ve been planning out the story arcs, characters, and structure for Game 2 and Game 3 of the Lustborne Chronicle series. You’ll definitely see characters from Memory of Lust again—and their stories will continue. The narrative continuity between the games will be tight and satisfying. 💫

I’m also in the early planning phase of a completely separate project set in the modern day... more on that later.

So, long story short: Thank you for your patience. I’m sorry for the delay. The free content update is coming very soon!
