New artwork and announcement!

Hi everyone. I just wanted to give a quick update. I commissioned some new beautiful artwork for the game you can see right now! Isn't it cute?

As for the announcement - I want to finish this game one way or another. I'm currently working on another game and would like to finish that first. But I've been thinking about how I can finish this game...

Right now, the game is very open-ended and ends suddenly. It's incomplete and I think it lacks some clear direction. Maybe that's normal for these kinds of games. People want the freedom to just relax and chill on their farm. But I'd rather have something smaller and more concise that's actually finished than something big, sprawling and incomplete. I think players just want a neat, unique experience that touches them in some way. A big scope doesn't necessarily do that any better than something smaller...

So, I may make some big and bold changes to the game. I will keep this current version on a "classic" branch so it will never be lost but the game might change rather drastically. Maybe it will really be something special one day =). Anyways, that's a ways off so I'll keep you posted.
