Fief Modifiers Without De Jure Ownership
If a fief does not belong to any kingdom: population growth rate set to 60% of normal; if affiliated with a kingdom, set to 70% of normal
When enacting Knight Recruitment and Census policies, only 30% chance to obtain corresponding knights and population bonuses
Additional +2 maximum battle slots for Seljuk and Mongol factions respectively
Newly conquered fiefs gain no natural population growth for the first year after conquest
Monthly progress gain for Holy Roman Empire reforms increased to speed up reform completion
Optimized data structure for slightly faster turn processing
Standing legions exceeding succession caps cannot be inherited; excess population transferred to the heir’s capital city
Base gold yield of gold mines adjusted to 100; new Mine Exploration national policy to raise gold mine building levels (max Level 5, +300 gold per level)
New event chain tied to gold mines

Vassal independence checks only activate if vassal opinion of the heir is below 0 during succession
Revised pregnancy chance rules: 30% base chance with no heirs; -5% chance per existing child, minimum floor of 5%

Fixed an issue where the Diplomat’s contract improvement action had a guaranteed 100% success rate
Fixed a missing battle slot cap for Holy Roman Emperors
Fixed a bug where Imperial Prestige failed to refresh after enacting Holy Roman Empire reform policies
Corrected event ID errors for Mongol Invasion and Monster Rampage events
Fixed red text errors triggered by insufficient participants for Tournaments
Fixed issues with quick fief granting on the map under Eastern Roman administrative systems
Fixed a bug where the -5 morale penalty failed to apply when no units occupied Default and Hold Lines on the battlefield
Fixed cases where spy missions remained active after the spy’s death
Fixed broken fief panel rendering for lords who only hold sea nodes
Fixed multiple descriptive text errors
Fixed missing tax rate tooltips
Fixed duplicate kingdom label glitches on the world map after immediate saving upon a ruler’s death
Fixed turn-freeze bugs caused by lords inheriting legions mid-war
