Yes, another update. Yes, it’s based on your feedback. And yes, I think this one makes things click a lot better. 👀
🎓 Clearer onboarding (without over-explaining)
I’ve added dedicated tutorial screens to better explain core mechanics and simplified the in-game tutorial itself.
The big goal here:
🔘 Right click = deal with big, tanky threats
🤖 Let the companion mech handle the small bug hordes on autopilot
Players weren’t always sure when and why switching between left and right click mattered — this should make that much clearer.
⚖️ Balancing changes
🔧 More repair kits between rounds Slightly less punishing, especially early on.
🟣 Sentinel Bug now has 50% more HP This makes manual aiming with right click feel necessary, not optional — especially in early rounds.
🧪 Larger acid splash hitboxes after Sentinel death Less forgiving, but much clearer. If it hurts, you’ll know why.
🎮 Controller improvements
🕹️ Steam Input fallback updated to match the standard twin-stick shooter layout.
