[Windows] Starting with this version (33.14), the legacy 32-bit OpenGL build will only be used for VR
[Windows] The Steam launch option "Play on Desktop" has been updated to use the 64-bit DirectX11 build for all players
[Windows] Executable names have not changed, so if you are launching the game externally without Steam then everything is the same

Updated cursortrail handling to reduce spam while click-seeking via the scrubbing timeline
Fixed game extremely rarely randomly starting with dimmed colors/overlay
Fixed button text not being centered sometimes under certain DPI/UI scaling conditions
Fixed spinnerspin/sliderslide sounds sometimes getting stuck playing indefinitely when changing skins while they are playing
