0.81 Internal Beta Build

As we creep closer to the release date, I was able to get rid of a few bugs.

So whats been fixed then? Well, glad you asked...

• Number of Tenants wasnt clamping, you just kept getting them, although you would have got 10 gold per tenant, after a while this was getting silly and possibly game breaking. These are now clamping properly.

• Housing Manager kept dissappearing, you would pay to hire the guy and then next time "poof" hes not there. Turned out I had a rogue bool causing this, so it was a nice simple one to fix.

• TinFoil Guy. OMG, this guy doesnt get it... Basically he was spawning when he shouldnt and not spawning when he should be, what I thought was going to be a simple fix, turned out to be a whole code block re-write. I am beginning to hate this guy...
