While testing, we discovered a few NPC's were not resetting after a game over, there is still an issue with the rent over charging for some reason.
Housing Manager, Builder and Tin Foil Guy all reset as they should on Game Over or New Game.
There was a fix for rent over charge, but it still inflates randomly, this is still on list of bugs to be crushed.
Third story puzzle in place and completed.
