Steam Deck Controller Input Default Settings Update

We have released an update to address the controller input issues on Steam Deck that some of you have been experiencing. We have changed the default controller setting from'None' to 'Default'to ensure a smoother experience.

UPDATE DETAILS

• For users who haven't changed any settings: The 'Default' setting will be applied automatically after this update, allowing you to play immediately.

• For users who have already manually changed settings: Your existing custom settings will remain unchanged.

• For new installations: The 'Default' setting will be applied automatically from the start.

⚠️ If your inputs are still not working (For some early users) While the update applies automatically to most users, some early players may still need to select the layout manually. If you encounter issues, please follow these steps:

1. Click the [Controller Settings (Gamepad icon)] on your Steam Deck.

2. Go to [Edit Layout] → [Templates] tab.

3. Select'Gamepad'from the list and apply it.
