New Songs

New songs have been added to Free Play mode.

Game System Changes

  • FAST/SLOW indicators now work for long-note release timing and are counted on the result screen.

  • Added a “Mute when game window is inactive” feature. This setting is ON by default.

  • Added UI support for changing note speed with the left and right arrow keys on the pause screen.

  • Note speed can now be changed from the READY animation onward.

  • Added an EXC-exclusive animation.

  • A sound effect now plays when changing note speed.

  • If a player slot is empty in the currently active Session Match, it will be disabled so that it does not cover LEFT SHIFT.

Music Select

  • In Music Select, pressing A–Z or 0–9 now jumps directly to the corresponding position in alphabetical order.

  • Shortcut keys that conflicted with this feature have been changed.

    • Filter/Sort: S → F3

    • Favorite: F → F4

    • Ranking: R → F5

    • Ability: P → F8

  • The title display area has been widened to better accommodate the longer song list.

  • Subtitles are now displayed in a smaller size when showing song titles.

  • When a song title is long enough to scroll, only the currently focused title will scroll.

  • Thumbnail images have been changed from simple downscaled versions to dedicated images.

  • In the Music Select scene, holding the up or down arrow key will now increase the music scroll speed the longer the key is held.

  • The angle of the song list UI has been adjusted to make the text easier to read.

  • Full Combo lamps and Gauge Clear indicators shown when selecting songs have been improved.

Ranking Screen

  • The UI design of the ranking screen has been changed.

  • Pressing SPACE on the ranking screen now lets you quickly check your own ranking.

  • The readability of ranking information, such as rank, date, and used options, has been improved.

Result Screen

  • You can now restart by pressing F5 on the result screen.

  • The result screen now shows the Ability Point for the song you just played and the updated score. If the score was not updated, +0.00 will be displayed.

Settings

Some default settings have been changed.

  • CHORD LINEDefault changed from OFF to ALL.
  • QUICK TRYDefault changed from HOLD to TAP.
  • Mute In Background can now be changed from the Sound tab.

Other Improvements

  • Improved the readability of long notes for the Deemo note skin.

  • The splash screen shown at game launch has been changed.

  • The photosensitivity warning screen design has been applied.

  • Some awkward translations have been revised to sound more natural.
