Mark Out! The Wrestling Card Game changes
The patch includes quite a few bug fixes that the amazing Mark Out community brought to my attention. In addition to this, we have a brand new reversal system foundation to build from, more configuration settings in the Options menu, and other quality of life improvements.
NOTE! Reversal system has been redone. Please provide feedback.
NOTE! Momentum is too closely coupled to Energy cost and requires nearly double. Researching options...
NOTE! The online mode is being worked on currently. Please bare with me.
NOTE! Unreal's Fullscreen mode seems to break the UI. I'm not sure what is happening here but I will investigate.
NOTE! Wrestler mustaches get distorted based on blendshapes. I've disabled these facial hair blendshapes until I get a change to fix this.
Issue fixed that allowed AI opponents to have cards beyond upgrade max
Reversals will no longer use energy, they now have a separate Resource given at start of match
Reversal costs are now based on Upgrade Level of card in question
Frame Rate Limit can now be set
White flash between animations is now black
When replaying matches, over the screen alerts will now longer show
Merging 2 custom cards works correctly now
UID is now passed correctly for each custom card
Starter cards that can not be fused no longer show in card combinator mode
Animations can now be suppressed
Bug fixed where ACE card packs would only reward Mark Out Moment cards
Save files can now be deleted to restore progress
Overall engine scalability can now be adjust for performance management
Options screen has been overhauled to be fit new elements
Pin SFX will now be take into account the SFX audio (more to come)
Random challengers will show up more often now
Card Open tutorial was doubled up in Tips and Details screen
UI Text box now has a darker black backdrop for visibility
AI can no longer have match exempt cards (ex: Cage cards in non-Cage match)
Different match types will give players more health to start with
Card combinator animation now shows the 2 merged cards correctly
