We apologize for the inconvenience experienced by the players due to the Kronos World downtime, channel maintenance, and issues using certain content after the v.269 patch.
We are planning the following compensation for players:
Compensation Items for all servers available until July 7 at 11:59 UTC:

Additional compensation for Kronos only downtime available until July 7 at 11:59 UTC:

There will be an additional Shining Star Force event starting on June 27 at 12:00 AM UTC, for those who were unable to fully enjoy the Star Force event due to the Star Force system error.
Star Force enhancement costs that have been incorrectly deducted from players will be restored during the maintenance on June 25.
