Meow! The wait is almost over. I am incredibly excited to announce that MaoMaoMao will officially launch on Steam on Thursday, April 2, 2026! 🎉
While we count down the days to the 1.0 launch, I have pushed a major update to the Free Demo based on all your amazing feedback. You can download the latest version right now!
✨ What’s New in the Updated Demo:
Name Your Cats: You can finally give your chaotic little desktop companions their own custom names!
- True Transparent Desktop ModeI added a "Remove Background" toggle and an "Auto-Hide Menu" feature. This means the game UI completely disappears, allowing the cats to roam seamlessly and transparently over your actual computer screen and active windows!
Smoother Experience: Squashed several pesky bugs to make sure your desktop runs perfectly.
🏆 A Note on Achievements: For the achievement hunters out there: Steam Achievements are fully built, but they will only be available in the live 1.0 version releasing on April 2!
