Manitas Kitchen changes
Hello there, fellow prehistoric chefs!
Exciting news - Manitas Kitchen's first major update is coming to Steam just a week before it launches on all consoles, isn't that thrilling?
Since launch, we've been hard at work, actively listening to the community and hunting down those elusive bugs that crept into the game. We'll dive into the patch notes shortly!
The highlight of this update is undoubtedly the introduction of a new Game Mode alongside Story Mode; the Let Them Cook Mode! Have you ever dreamed of playing in an endless mode with everything you've unlocked so far in Story Mode? Well, you're in luck, because that's exactly what we're bringing to the table!
Moreover, if you show enough prowess in this new mode, you'll unlock a little surprise for Trexito!
Now, let's go through those Patch Notes!
We've made countless adjustments to the game's pacing, improving timings and halving the duration of event intervals in the story. This means fewer "dead days" waiting for something to happen!
Fixed texts that remained in English when the player was playing in another language, as well as grammatical errors.
Fixed a strange bug that caused certain dialogues to be repeated during night turns.
Fixed an issue with the "Pangea" pizza ingredients – mushrooms were meant to be black olives.
Corrected various sprites during some conversation scenes.
Adjustments to the volume of background music in pause menus.
Fixed visual glitches in the shop, where money was duplicated.
Fixed Marsh and Collini's abilities, which sometimes did not work correctly.
Fixed Marsh's position when baking pizza. No more seeing a Triceratops going through the floor!
Fixed a random bug with Trexito; when Trexito used his special ability on a pizza with a sauce that didn't match the first order, Trexito wouldn't place the ingredients, and the ability would go into cooldown.
Added new music tracks!
Fixed a visual error related to the sauce bottles that occurred after unlocking the four cheese pizza; they would stop appearing in orders.
Fixed the texture and position of Collini's sauce bottle in the kitchen.
Fixed a strange bug that made the appearance of sabotages random; some players saw sabotages normally, while others didn't see any throughout their gameplay.
Improved the textures of Alpizzino and Pangea pizzas. They're more appetizing now.
And... that's everything! Thanks so much for reading and playing Manitas Kitchen, and we'll see you soon!
