addedLazy Guy Makes Excuses and Begs for ForgivenessI'd like to apologize for this second delay. While I was initially ambitious about the new April release date, lately, it has been increasingly difficult for me to maintain a balance my personal, professional, and Malware Tycoon life. I have just recently started a new job, personal obligations have kept me busy, and as much as I'd like to say that I should just get on "grind time" and bang this thing out, all of these new variables and "things going on" have sort of thrown me out of balance in respect to making time for this project.
addedLazy Guy Makes Excuses and Begs for ForgivenessWith that being said, now that I've grown accustomed to my new schedule, I don't have any excuses left. If Malware Tycoon does not come out on its new planned release date of July 17th, 2026 , go flood my email, or the forums, or whatever calling me out on being lazy. If it doesn't come out on that day, I guarantee you the weeks preceding that planned release date were filled with me either f*cking about with my friends, drinking, or playing too much TEKKEN . And for that, I deserve every bit of criticism should that day come and pass with no Malware Tycoon.
addedLazy Guy Makes Excuses and Begs for ForgivenessSo, I'd appreciate it if you don't slaughter me in the comments yet, but please do should I not uphold my end of the bargain here. I hope that you hold me to this new release date the same way I'll hold you to blowing up all my communication channels with carefully crafted insults should I fail.
addedLazy Guy Makes Excuses and Begs for ForgivenessIn all seriousness, I really do want everything to be perfect, and these 3 months will allow me plenty of time for QA, creating new websites, implementing feedback, and more. As I said in my first delay post, I don't want to release slop garbage, and I still don't plan to do that. I also don't want you keep guys waiting any longer. So, here it is. The new and final release date. I won't let you down.
addedSpoilers (Coming Soon)...It's been too long since there's been any information and there has been some requests and talk about a roadmap, or otherwise, a more transparent approach on my part. I have some new features already implemented and I'm very excited about them, but before uploading them and showing them off a bit, I want to run it by QA (totally not dudes off Fiverr and my friends) to throw some polish on first.
addedSpoilers (Coming Soon)...Once this happens and I'm confident with the look (one week? two weeks?) I'm going to make another post just like this and show off some of these new features/reworks. I am going to make a habit out of this the best I can and once more things get "chipped off the block" so to speak, I am going to communicate more about what feedback WILL get implemented and WILL NOT get implemented based off of your requests. So, please, keep the suggestions coming in, and I will do whatever I can to give you an answer as to whether you'll see it in the full game or not.

Lazy Guy Makes Excuses and Begs for Forgiveness

Hello there,

I'd like to apologize for this second delay.

With that being said, now that I've grown accustomed to my new schedule, I don't have any excuses left. If Malware Tycoon does not come out on its new planned release date of July 17th, 2026, go flood my email, or the forums, or whatever calling me out on being lazy. If it doesn't come out on that day, I guarantee you the weeks preceding that planned release date were filled with me either f*cking about with my friends, drinking, or playing too much TEKKEN. And for that, I deserve every bit of criticism should that day come and pass with no Malware Tycoon.

So, I'd appreciate it if you don't slaughter me in the comments yet, but please do should I not uphold my end of the bargain here. I hope that you hold me to this new release date the same way I'll hold you to blowing up all my communication channels with carefully crafted insults should I fail.

In all seriousness, I really do want everything to be perfect, and these 3 months will allow me plenty of time for QA, creating new websites, implementing feedback, and more. As I said in my first delay post, I don't want to release slop garbage, and I still don't plan to do that. I also don't want you keep guys waiting any longer. So, here it is. The new and final release date. I won't let you down.

Spoilers (Coming Soon)...

It's been too long since there's been any information and there has been some requests and talk about a roadmap, or otherwise, a more transparent approach on my part. I have some new features already implemented and I'm very excited about them, but before uploading them and showing them off a bit, I want to run it by QA (totally not dudes off Fiverr and my friends) to throw some polish on first.

Once this happens and I'm confident with the look (one week? two weeks?) I'm going to make another post just like this and show off some of these new features/reworks.

Anyway, yeah, that's it. Keep an eye for another post here about some of this new stuff, otherwise, look forward to the game in July. :)
