Maid Recruitment and Management

The first step for any manager is to understand each maid's abilities and use them in the right place. Consider the combinations and synergy between your maids to assemble an efficient roster for your daily operation!

If your cafe is struggling due to a lack of necessary personnel, you can always recruit other maids to supplement your staff.

Additionally, you can acquire unique maid skills and further boost their stats through 'Training.'

Support Cards

Before you start operations each time, you can select a Support Card to assist you. Each Support Card offers various effects, such as increasing maid stats or boosting customers. Think carefully about which Support Card will be the most helpful and make your selection!

Maid Placement and Customer Satisfaction

Once the cafe opens, customers will start arriving. Since each customer has different preferences for a maid's type and personality, make sure to check this carefully and seat a maid at the table who will satisfy the customer.

You can easily find out customer satisfaction by their expression! Higher satisfaction increases the chance of extension, while lower satisfaction increases the chance of trouble occurring. If you succeed in extending the session, you can earn a lot of Gold, so it's always best to aim for extensions!

Help Me, Manager!

Sometimes, a maid will request help during service. Supporting your maids is one of your crucial roles as a manager! These help requests appear as various mini games, such as shaking a cocktail or taking a Cheki (instant photo).

Successfully completing these games will earn you extra Gold, so don't miss out!

Checkout Time

When the table time ends, the maid will request the bill. You can recommend an extension to earn more Gold, or depending on the situation, you can choose options to recover the maid's Stamina or gain additional fans.

Results

Once the daily operation is over, you can check the detailed results, including the profit earned by the maids and the number of customers served. Use this information to identify areas for improvement and plan your next operation.
