Mahjong Realms Ancient Desert

Version 1.1

  • New shuffle algorithms - fully solvable guarantees are now an option for casual play

  • Difficulty presets - easily set your challenge level

  • Steam rich presence - now your friends can see what puzzle you're playing

  • Tile spacing option - new option to add or remove the "tile gap" to make tiles easier to see

  • Improved loading - no more loading spinners (except for community puzzles) and smooth transitions between menus and realms

  • Auto-updating community puzzles list - when you subscribe to a community puzzle from the Steam Overlay, your list of community puzzles will automatically refresh when it downloads

  • Responsive UI - playing in a smaller window is now much more feasible, and so is editing puzzles

  • Editor help text - the editor has had some undocumented keyboard shortcuts that are now surfaced at the bottom of the screen for the active tool

  • Updated settings menu - visual aids and explainer text help you know what you're changing

  • Startup video - don't worry, it's skippable and can be disabled in the settings, but it makes me feel more professional
