Magical Princess – Streaming and Fan Creation Guidelines

MAGI Inc. warmly welcomes all creative activities inspired by the world and characters of Magical Princess.

These guidelines are intended to help fans enjoy creative expression and content sharing in a safe and comfortable way.

Please read this document before engaging in any fan creations related to Magical Princess.

1. About Fan Creations

Within the scope of non-commercial activities by individuals or fan circles, fans are free to create and share works such as:

• Illustrations, comics, novels, and music

• Gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews, and analyses

• Cosplay and event exhibitions

When creating or sharing such works, please respect the original world and its characters,

and refrain from expressions that may harm others or violate public decency.

2. Streaming and Monetization

Monetized gameplay videos and livestreams on video-sharing or streaming platforms are permitted, regardless of whether they are for-profit or non-profit.

When doing so, please follow these guidelines:

• When possible, please include the title “Magical Princess” in your video or stream title or description.

• When possible, please add a link to the game’s official store page in the video description.

3. Social Media and Hashtags

MAGI Inc. sincerely welcomes the posting of impressions, fan art, fan creations, streams, and screenshots related to Magical Princess on social media.

The official hashtag on social media is #MagicalPrincess. You can use this hashtag for all types of posts, including impressions, fan art, fan creations, livestreams, and screenshots.

Using the hashtag is optional. Please use it if you’d like to make your post easier for others to find. We want to find them as well.

4. Redistribution of In-Game Assets

Extracting, reusing, or redistributing in-game data (such as images, text, music, or voice data) by means such as data mining is prohibited.

However, sharing screenshots or recorded gameplay footage is allowed for purposes such as reviews, commentary, or fan activities.

Please feel free to use them to share your impressions and gameplay experiences with other fans.

5. About the Streaming Kit Assets

The assets included in the Streaming Kit may be freely used for content such as videos, live streams, social media posts, and forum posts related to this game, as well as feature articles and review articles.

• You may use the Streaming Kit assets for thumbnails, images, and stream overlays/decoration for videos and live streams. We also welcome posting the assets in the kit such as character images and comic panels on social media and forums, as well as using them in feature articles and review articles.

• You may edit the Streaming Kit assets as needed for your purposes, including cropping, scaling, adding text, and compositing with other materials.

• However, the following are prohibited: excessive alterations that significantly damage a character’s image, content that violates public order and morals, use intended for harassment/defamation, and edits that infringe on the rights of others.
