Rock Golem can Open a Protection Barrier
Reaper can Teleport for a short distance
Cactus Monster can Jump for a short distance
Add Obelisk Appear Effect

Ice Bullet can freeze all monsters in a small area
Ice Master require more Ice Bullet hit to unlock
