Closed Beta : Stage 1

Hi everyone!

We are proud to be able to announce that Magic Chess Online has reached an important milestone as today begins phase 1 of the Closed Beta!

This step consists of allowing any player wishing to participate in the development of Magic Chess Online to join the Closed Beta by obtaining a Legendary pack! The latter can be purchased directly from the MCO website or earned thanks to waves of free keys.

The Epic, Uncommon and Common packs are also available for purchase from today but do not provide immediate access to Magic Chess Online (see roadmap below).

Here is a summary of the roadmap of the various stages of the Closed Beta:

• Start of phase 1: Servers are only installed in Europe

• January 2021: Tournament mode stress test

• From the end of January: Several waves of free keys will be sent (on social networks, on Discord, among those registered on the website, Twitch, ...)

• FixedEnd of phase 1Game stable, major bugs fixed, servers installed in the East and West of the world

• Start of phase 2: Access open to players with an Epic pack

• Phase 2: Several waves of free keys will be sent (on social networks, on Discord, among website registrants, Twitch, ...)

• Start of phase 3: Access open to players with a Rare and Common pack, opening of Early Access on Steam (and on other platforms)

• Phase 3: Several waves of free keys will be sent (on social networks, on Discord, among those registered on the website, Twitch, ...)

• End of phase 3: Release of the "light" mobile version

• AddedOpen BetaSwitching the game to Free to Play (F2P) on all platforms + Reset of all accounts (however the benefits obtained thanks to the packs will obviously be added to your accounts and the ELO reached during the Closed Beta will serve as a reference for your 10 first games if it is to your advantage)
