Magi Scapes changes
Greetings, heroes!
Magi Scapes Steam Next Fest demo is now live, and we’re thrilled to launch our OC Creation Contest! Show off everything that makes your original character one-of-a-kind — their personality, little mannerisms and unique charm — and you’ll earn a share of our massive 1,000,000 Token prize pool.
You’ll also have the chance to win huge individual Token rewards (for creating even more characters), a full-game Steam key, and an exclusive limited-edition acrylic merch bundle!
The contest runs from June 16 to June 23, 2026.
During the event period, play the Maggie's Garden Steam Next Fest demo, capture your interactions with your original character in image or short video form, and post your work on X and YouTube with the hashtag # MagiScapesOCContest to enter!
*You may submit entries across multiple platforms and post multiple unique pieces of content, but each participant is eligible to win with only one submission.
P.S. Feel free to share your original character’s ID code so more players can discover and play with your creation!
Submission Guidelines & Judging Criteria
Entries may be image posts or short videos. They must showcase interactions between you and your original character, or between multiple original characters. Submissions that vividly bring out the character’s personality, hobbies, speech style and other unique traits are strongly preferred.
Creative short skits and original mini-stories will receive bonus consideration.
Community engagement (likes, shares, comments) will be factored into judging, but the overall quality and creativity of your submission remains the primary criteria.
Event Rewards
Universal Participation Reward
All players who play the Maggie's Garden demo during Steam Next Fest will be eligible to split a pool of 1,000,000 Tokens. Rewards will be distributed after the event concludes, converted into in-game Crystals and credited to your account.
OC Creation Awards
1st Place (1 winner): 200,000 Tokens + 1 full-game Steam key + 1 limited-edition exclusive acrylic merch bundle
2nd Place (2 winners): 100,000 Tokens each + 1 full-game Steam key each + 1 limited-edition exclusive acrylic merch bundle each
3rd Place (3 winners): 50,000 Tokens each + 1 full-game Steam key each + 1 limited-edition exclusive acrylic merch bundle each
Honorable Mention (5 winners): 30,000 Tokens each + 1 full-game Steam key each + 1 limited-edition exclusive acrylic merch bundle each
Dev’s Choice Award (6 winners): 50,000 Tokens each + 1 full-game Steam key each + 1 limited-edition exclusive acrylic merch bundle each
*The Dev’s Choice Award is a standalone prize category. Winners of this award may also place in 1st through Honorable Mention — Token rewards can be stacked. Each player may only receive one limited-edition acrylic merch bundle.
*Full-game Steam keys can be redeemed directly on Steam and will be playable upon the game’s official launch.
