We launched Mages of Mystralia almost one week ago today. Everyone at the studio has been really happy to see so many players playing and enjoying the game. It is a surreal experience for us to see the game we've worked on for so long be played by players all over the world. Now that the dust has settled, we feel comfortable talking about what's coming soon for Mages of Mystralia. Our top priorities for the near future will be:

  • Fixing bugs and crashes.

  • Optimizing the game for lower-end PCs.

  • Implementing a keybind remapping menu for mouse and keyboard.

  • Adding the rest of the Kickstarter backer content.

Also, we will be working on some additional game modes to allow players to customize their experience and encourage multiple playthroughs. The game modes that we'll be adding are the following:

  • Archmage difficulty mode: a harder difficulty mode for experienced mages.

  • Hardcore mode: a permadeath mode.

  • Speedrun mode: "Gotta Go Fast" mode.

That's all that we will be revealing for now, but you can expect more to come soon™. Thank you for your support!
