October Update 1

MachRace is moving closer and closer to release. There is still quiet a bit of work left, but almost all of foundation is done. In this release: Updated engine to 4.16.3.

changedUpdated engine to 4.16.3. This includes drastic tone mapper update, and speed improvements.
addedAdded level 2 boss - the drone swarm. Inspired by early arcades like Galaga. There will be more work done on this, feature, but the foundation is there.
changedAdjusted game difficulty to make it easier to kill the first boss.
removedLevel 2 Drone Swarm will theoretically let the player accelerate indefinitely, this will be removed in the future, and might affect scoreboards.
changedNext release will be coming shortly with Level3 gameplay.
