Where the games development is at: Level design is done! Every area now has its core ideas in place. We’ll still nudge things around as we play test, but the heavy lifting of area design is done.

With that locked in alongside the narrative and exploration loops, the most time consuming chunks of content design work are finally out of the way!

Next Up:

What’s left is more fiddly stuff: environment dressing, sound effects, a few technical bits like cloud saves and achievements, plus the usual art, animation, and gameplay polish :)

Right now we’re aiming for the early-2026 Steam Next Fest, this feels like a good amount of polish time and also a good window to get the game in front of as many players as possible.
