If you'd rather read the news, here goes:

  • The game plot length has increased more than 2x compared to initial plan

  • New writing added a lot of personality to the characters

  • Unfortunately, that means much higher translation costs that we can not afford now

The game is currently in a playable state and we are finalizing some polishing/language data before we announce a release date.

The total game time to complete the plot, takes around 3-4 hours, if you exclude the sandbox elements. You will be able to carry on and keep decorating your garden after the game ends.

Due to the longer plot, the total amount of the words in the game has increased to more than 3 times more than first anticipated. That means that we unfortunately can not translate the game to all languages that we planned to. Based on wishlist data and translator availability, we've decided to go with 5 languages:

  • English

  • Simplified Chinese

  • Russian

  • Japanese

  • Spanish

The excluded languages are:

  • Italian

  • Traditional Chinese

  • French

  • German

I want to apologize for this profusely, but we just don't have the money to cover all of the languages that we wanted. The game has more content than planned and the quality part is getting all the attention, we just can't pay to do the extra translations currently.

I think we are going to be fine with the ones that we've decided to stick with, but if anyone is potentially interested to help with the community translations like with our last games - please contact us on discord.

I am going to remove them from the store in order to avoid the confusion. I wish I could give better news, but that's how it is now.

Thanks for your support and we'll see you soon.
