Repeated intro

Hello everyone, Final update before it all goes down for the Steam Next Fest tomorrow ! :) If you enjoy the game, please consider Wishlisting and help spread the word as this is really the best opportunity It'll ever get to gain traction. The patch notes are as follows:

What changed

1 fix4 additions2 changes0 removals
  • Gameplay
  • UI and audio
addedAdded new Division 4 Arena scene (Also placeholder for the divisions above). With this one I tried something new with adding a platform in the middle to spice things up a bit. While doing it, I also realised that the suggestion several of you have come up with in regards to Arena Deployables is a great idea and ton of fun with the new Ragdoll physics!
addedNew Ragdoll death animations. Regret not doing this earlier - It's a ton of fun. For now I kept collision on with other Gladiators while they are dead, which makes them being dragged at times. It's kind of fun, but not realistic, so let me know if you think I should keep it as is or change it.
changedImproved Strafing - In 1vs1 they shouldn't do dance routines any longer :) And also when attacking a target with their back to them, no longer try to move to their front before attacking them as well.
fixedFixed Audio value not always being saved. Seems like for players that had set values before I remade the settings system that it would at times revert to the old one. Added a small migration script to the new system so now it should hopefully work.
addedAdded posibility to rename your Gladiators
addedAdded colliders to doors in the Arena scenes

V 0.8A patch notes:

  • Added posibility to rename your Gladiators

  • Added colliders to doors in the Arena scenes

  • Adjusted so the Spectator cheering scales proportionally with your SFX volume setting

I really want to also give a huge thanks to the players that have already tried out the demo and given truly valuable feedback/suggestions and reported bugs (Believe I managed to fix all the bugs reported). And of course also the players that took their time to provide some positive comments - It's extremely motivating to see that others are genuiely enjoying something that you've created :) Best regards Mathias
