Hello everyone!
After a lot of work, testing, rewriting scenes at 2 AM and questioning our own life choices almost as much as Emma does, we’re really happy to finally share the full demo of Low Effort Romance with all of you!
For those discovering the game for the first time:
Low Effort Romance is a romantic comedy otome visual novel about a woman whose love life refuses to stay out of her work life, no matter how many IT tickets she files.
Emma Yang, 28, just landed her first real corporate job at Loxley Euler Robotics. Salary, benefits, ergonomic chairs, the whole shebang. She had a plan. The plan is not going well.
Between managing her own anxiety, a job she desperately needs to not screw up, a boyfriend with uncertain intentions, an IT guy who keeps appearing at the worst possible moments, and a coworker who is way too invested in everyone's business... Emma is one bad Monday away from a full existential crisis.
She just wants a low effort romance. Apparently that's too much to ask.
...Maybe 2D men are better.
