changedWhat should I do if the game crashes during shader compilation?
changedAccording to user reports, certain Intel 13th/ 14th-gen CPUs can become unstable at full load; in rare cases the shader compiler then reports “Out of video memory.”
changedI’m using an AMD RX 6000-series GPU. Why can’t I enable ray tracing? The RX 6000 series is AMD’s first-generation ray-tracing hardware; its RT performance is limited and enabling it would heavily impact frame-rates. We therefore restrict ray tracing on these cards. Even on some newer GPUs only a low RT preset is available to keep the game running smoothly.
changedThe title automatically detects your hardware and applies a graphics preset that we have fully tested for smooth performance—only change it if necessary.
changedIf you need higher FPS, try lowering “Super Sampling Quality,” “Shadow Quality,” and other options that heavily impact performance. In our tests, “Low Latency Mode” can reduce FPS on certain configurations; we recommend comparing on/off to see which feels smoother.
changedThe Frame Generation feature (Settings → Graphics page) usually boosts FPS, but on some weaker GPUs or high-resolution displays it can occasionally reduce performance; we recommend toggling it on and off to see which feels smoother.

  • What should I do if the game crashes during shader compilation?

According to user reports, certain Intel 13th/ 14th-gen CPUs can become unstable at full load; in rare cases the shader compiler then reports “Out of video memory.”

We recommend down-clocking the CPU with Intel’s official XTU utility (see Intel or your motherboard vendor for instructions) or reducing the “Maximum processor state” percentage in Windows Power Options > Advanced settings.

  • I’m using an AMD RX 6000-series GPU. Why can’t I enable ray tracing? The RX 6000 series is AMD’s first-generation ray-tracing hardware; its RT performance is limited and enabling it would heavily impact frame-rates. We therefore restrict ray tracing on these cards. • My PC hardware is mid-range. How can I run the game smoothly?

The title automatically detects your hardware and applies a graphics preset that we have fully tested for smooth performance—only change it if necessary.

If you need higher FPS, try lowering “Super Sampling Quality,” “Shadow Quality,” and other options that heavily impact performance. In our tests, “Low Latency Mode” can reduce FPS on certain configurations; we recommend comparing on/off to see which feels smoother.

The Frame Generation feature (Settings → Graphics page) usually boosts FPS, but on some weaker GPUs or high-resolution displays it can occasionally reduce performance; we recommend toggling it on and off to see which feels smoother.

Additionally, the following steps may also help improve the game’s overall performance:

  • Keeping Windows fully updated to prevent compatibility issues.

  • Installing the game on a fast SSD and leaving 15–20 % free space to avoid speed drops.

  • Updating to the latest GPU driver.

  • Close unnecessary background applications. Some screen-recording, video-playback, or anti-virus software may reduce performance.
