Fixes, additions and improvements

-Improved perfomance on CO-OP Level 94 -Added "emotes" hint in CO-OP Lobby -Fixed a bug that caused the generator sound on level 1031 to not change depending on volume. -Fixed a bug in CO-OP lobby with standing platforms (players will now be visible on platforms after re-entering the lobby map) -Improved VoiceChat EQ
