addedLost Bros now comes with it's OST in mp3 format so you can play it within steam or wherever else you may want to. To add the soundtrack to your steam music library you may need to Scan Steam folders for soundtracks. You can also manually access the OST by opening the Lost Bros OST folder (Located @ Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Bros). Instructions: Within steam go to Library->Music. At the top click on the plus sign next to ALBUMS. Click scan now. This will add any soundtracks from your games on steam that include them (it may also add your computers music by default).
