Misc: Fixed the bug where animations wouldn't play for some players even when the option is ON. (Changed variable from define to default)

If the animations still don't work for you even after this update, I added a temporary fix: - Added a file to force the animations to play.

To make it work just drag and drop the file named "anim_force_play" to the /game folder.
