We want to address something a few of you have mentioned: the "30–60 minutes" playtime listed in our description.

We should have made it clearer where exactly these numbers came from; it's based on the median playtime of players who have completed the game according to Steam. When we had launched Looking Up, this median was around 50 minutes, which became our example for setting the description.

The game is designed to be a focused, complete experience. If you're someone who explores every corner, you'll land close to this median time. If you play more directly, you might finish sooner.

We're a small team still learning how to talk about what we make. Your feedback is exactly what helps us get better at that.
