Looking For Fael changes
Thank you all for your kind words on Looking for Fael demo during the Steam Next Fest!
You might have noticed that this wasn’t an easy puzzle game..
And before you walk away thinking this game isn’t for you, don’t worry, Swing Swing Submarine thought of various ways to guide you in your path to Fael.
The lack of guidance in Looking for Fael is part of the gameplay, but sometimes, we all need a little help to light the way.
In the menu, 3 options can be set on and off at any time during your playtime:
1. Fael’s path
With this option, you can literally walk in Fael’s footsteps to find him.
The sense on each mark indicates the direction your dear roommate took.
2. Words highlight
Throughout your adventure, you will encounter notes and letters felt here and there by Fael.
To make better sense of all those information, this option will highlight the key words.
And then, it is up to you to connect the dots to the solution.
3. ARTE Magazines
One thing to know about Fael: he loooves ARTE.
He left a lot of ARTE magazines behind when he left
And they can be of help too!
Lastly, whether you are a hardcore puzzle gamer or a chill newcomer, we recommend you take notes during your playtime. Notes of symbols, clues, and where you encountered them.
You never know what can be of use on your way to Fael…
If you took notes when you played the demo, send us your sketches!
