Lone Chef changes
Since the demo's release, so many of you have played the game and shared your feedback with us.
We carefully reviewed everything from bug reports to controls, sound, UI, combat pacing, and tutorial flow as we prepared this first patch.
This update focuses not only on bug fixes, but also on improving the overall gameplay flow and making the basic controls more convenient.
In particular, we adjusted several elements to improve the early-game experience, combat feel, and exploration comfort.
We'll continue actively reflecting your feedback throughout the demo period and keep making improvements.

🛠️ Patch Highlights
Added fullscreen mode.
Added local save support.
Added keyboard/controller shortcuts for major menus, including the inventory and player window.
Added key tutorials for the Quick Slot and vertical camera view controls.
Added a cancel option (ESC) when changing the time or weather.
Added a completion popup when cooking finishes.
Added a sound effect that alerts players when the character's HP is low.
Added options to adjust character footstep sounds, impact sounds based on surface type, and weather (rain) sound effects.
Increased the vertical camera view angle and added a delay before it returns.
Increased enemy knockback distance when hit.
Improved attacks so they can be canceled with a jump or dash.
Fixed an issue where the character would slide along the ground in certain situations.
Added key shortcut tooltip explanations in certain areas.
Added a new field boss, the Burning Phoenix.
Expanded the number of stages and improved progression so players can encounter major NPCs.
As this is the first update since the demo's release, we focused on quickly addressing the issues and feedback many of you experienced during gameplay.
We received a great deal of valuable feedback regarding controls, combat pacing, and exploration flow.
Internally, we're continuing to work on various improvements and future content updates.
Lone Chef is being developed as more than just a cooking game.
Our goal is to create an experience where exploration, combat, and the spirit of adventure all come together.
