Priority now goes back to the business requirement once the single store is full. - Trying to fill a vehicle with a resource that is empty will tag the truck with that resource type. If you move to another resource, it will think that it still has the original resource. Now if truck is empty, it will clear the resource and allow the truck to fill. - Fixed a disconnected business in Hawaii - Fixed rail access from the depot in Cuba - Fixed two Dominica business that were incorrectly tagged
