Ural Crane Fixed + Improvements + Fixes

• Added LOD system to all Urals, Raven Crane and Forklift.

• Forklift and Raven power changed

• Most Diesel Locomotives top speeds have been adjusted

• Diesel locomotive startup system Improved

• Factory Production outputs added to I menu

• Strumpton sign now shows production %

• Saving cargo and wagons is now done in the same frame to avoid any problems with cargo on moving trains

• Small performance improvement to the green bridge

• Vehicles changed to use a propper torque powercurve. Things should get less stuck (will need reballance in places)

• Standards goods spawn rotated and realigned

• Resicza Lever Fixed and now has a saddle tank

• Small improvement to Network sync timing.

• Test Colorblind mode added for icons (Numpad 2)

• Flatbed Ural Variant added( now actual flatbed too)

• Loco Horn added to ` (tild key) when UI is open

• Changes to cargo syncing when hooked to a crane
