Hotfix 2

A small hotfix has been released to improve the stability of the save system.

This update fixes an issue where, in rare cases, certain regional date/time formats on Windows could cause save files to fail loading properly, which could result in a black screen when returning to the main menu.

The save system has been updated to handle different regional configurations more safely to prevent save corruption.
