Loan Shark nominated for Best Italian Debut Game at IVGA

I'm very excited to be writing this post. Loan Shark has been nominated for Best Italian Debut Game at the Italian Video Game Awards.

We'll be attending First Playable, the Italian industry meetup for game developers, from June 10 to June 12. It's the most important live event for professional game developers in Italy, and the IVGAs are part of it.

We're really excited about this. It's our first big IRL professional event since we founded Studio Ortica. Apart from attending the awards ceremony where Loan Shark has been nominated, we'll visit Florence (where First Playable is held) and do some networking.

We don't usually attend events, and instead focus on developing our current game. But this is a special occasion, and a somewhat symbolic milestone in our journey as Studio Ortica.

Thanks to every player who has ever bought, reviewed, or even just searched for our game. We've been incredibly lucky and continuously blessed, and can only be thankful.
