  • UI and audio

changedFirst of all, Little Witch Nobeta is a collaborated work developed by Pupuya Games and Simon Creative. Pupuya Games is mainly responsible for the development of the core game while Simon Creative assists in artwork, audio, script writing and localization.
addedSecondly, It is common to receive weekly/monthly updates on mobile game, but that is unlikely the case for PC/Console game as it usually takes years to complete a development cycle. It took us nearly three years to develop all the content that's in the current version, wouldn't it be a little unreasonable to expect a new patch with equally adequate content to be released in just a few months? And to make it clear, we would never plagiarize from others just to speed up our development progress, and this happens a lot in the industry especially in certain region and we despise such practices.
changedIn comparison with mobile game, the developemnt of a 3D aciton PC/Console games (We are planning to release the full version on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch) is more demanding in many ways for developers of our scale, especially for games like LWN that requires a fluid, intuitive gameplay. Cross-platform development is also a big burden on development time and costs, but it allows player to enjoy the best experience on their favourite platform.
changedTherefore, our goal is to release the full game in our next major update, we are not going to released scattered content just to satisfy those lacking in patience. We have stated our goal before https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1049890?emclan=103582791464301614&emgid=2930115084213090496
changedWe will be doing monthly updates of Pupuya Games's development progres, the income we receive from patreon will be used on hiring designers who specialises on modelling, art, action design and audio design.

[20210127 Announcement]

This announcement is made to explain a few things as we have received feedbacks and questions regarding the game's development progress.

First of all, Little Witch Nobeta is a collaborated work developed by Pupuya Games and Simon Creative. Pupuya Games is mainly responsible for the development of the core game while Simon Creative assists in artwork, audio, script writing and localization.

After working on Early Access post-release bug-fix, Pupuya Games have been dedicated to developing promised content for the full version. On the other hand, Simon Creative have been assisting in said areas, as well as developing associated work and gathering more resources to help refine the game. As explained above, the development of "LWN associated work" and the "core game" are two parallel lines, the former is led by Simon Creative and Pupuya Games’ focus is always on the development of the core game.

Secondly, It is common to receive weekly/monthly updates on mobile game, but that is unlikely the case for PC/Console game as it usually takes years to complete a development cycle.

Therefore, our goal is to release the full game in our next major update, we are not going to released scattered content just to satisfy those lacking in patience. We have stated our goal before https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1049890?emclan=103582791464301614&emgid=2930115084213090496
