Hey everyone!

We're excited to bring you a very big patch today. We're happy to present Dating and Hangouts to the game! You asked for it, and we’ve been listening.

After 6 months of work, dating has finally arrived in Little Sim World! You can now get closer to the people of Little London, spend time with them, and see where things go.

Maybe it’s a sweet little date,

maybe it’s something more,

maybe you’ll find true love in Little London?

We’re really happy to finally get this into your hands, and we can’t wait to see who you all fall for.

Dating & Hangouts

You can now achieve Best Friend and Dating status with:

Simon, Samir, Kai, Jacques, Jesse, Chloe, Archer, Hana, Yuna and Nanako!

To become Best Friends with someone, you must complete their Friend level, they might even give you a little token of their appreciation when you do.

Becoming Best Friend has its perks, you can now invite them to Hangouts, which are cutscene activities you can do together that give you the powerful "Chilled Out" Mood!

After becoming best friends, you may invite some characters out on a DATE! This will progress your relationship status to Dating, turning all your future hangouts into romantic dates with new animations and the "Stomach Butterflies" Mood! Keep in mind this is an irreversible change!

Characters you invite on Hangouts or Dates will also show up with new clothing!

You can date as many people as you like, with currently one exception: you are not able to date both Yuna and Hana on the same save file, so pick wisely!

Dialogue Sounds!

We have revamped the way we play character sounds during dialogue!

The following characters should now play sounds when talking to them:

Simon, Samir, Jesse, Chloe, Archer, Hana and Nanako!

General Changes/Fixes 🎯

• Zoe has been disabled for a rework and she may return in the future

• Reduced stamina decrease while running

• Updated prices for furniture and clothes at the stores

• Added new Okiea bathroom furniture

• Added 2 new gaming chairs

• Added new dialogue text to the little favours! Now dialogue with NPCs will be a lot clearer

• Fixed the issue that was blocking the Royal Snail and the Player's house bus stops after completing the quests

• Fixed bunny pants blocking bug

• Fixed the Job pamphlet not showing details when selecting it on the notice board

• Fixed "Deliver" text on Little Favors quests

• Fixed softlock when attempting to pay bills through ATMs

• Fixed Client connection issues related to furniture placed around the Host's house

• Fixed basket checkout price to correctly calculate discounts and matching items that take up another slot

• Improved loading and unloading scenes

• Improved main menu loading from splash screen

• Improved video quality for splash screen

• Improved Bus Stops' stability in Multiplayer

• Reading books in Multiplayer no longer displays extra progress tooltips

• Updated macOS to use mp4 instead of webm for videos

• The bathroom door at Moon Coffee now faces the correct direction

• Launching game will use DX12 as default on Windows

UI Fixes & Updates 📊

• Reworked University UI with controller support

• Reworked calendar app with controller support

• Reworked profile app with controller support - You can now see all your moods in a list, no need to hover with a mouse!

• Renamed identity to profile app

• Reordered phone apps list to be more organised

• Added controller support to select disabled buttons in dialogue to show tooltips

• Pressing avatar on HUD now opens the profile app (or hold key)

• Fixed bulletin board at university to have a bigger area to interact in front of it

• Fixed missing localisation in university milestone reward giving city reputation

• Fixed saved dates to have the correct season loaded if day is on 1st of season (birthdays that have changed seasons can be edited at Royal Snail)

• Fixed lessons to show in default queue to avoid overlapping popups

• Updated weather forecast tooltip to match calendar layout

• Fixed missing translation in settings menu for app controls

• Fixed CC appearance sometimes not being interactable

• Fixed message displayed when copying a join code in Multiplayer now hides correctly
