[Notice] Known Issues in the Prologue Test (Minor Fixes)

changed▶ [Content] After claiming the Daily Exploration Points reward in the Guide at least once, the reward may become unavailable from the next day onward once it resets at the daily reset time.
changed▶ [PC][Combat] After first obtaining Luni, Eliade, or Helen, damage may not be dealt correctly during combat.

🔴 Confirmed Issues

[June 12, 02:01 PT]

▶ [Content] After claiming the Daily Exploration Points reward in the Guide at least once, the reward may become unavailable from the next day onward once it resets at the daily reset time.

  • This can be claimed normally after 30 minutes or more have elapsed since logging into the game.

[June 10, 23:11 PT]

▶ [PC][Combat] After first obtaining Luni, Eliade, or Helen, damage may not be dealt correctly during combat.

  • Reconnecting will resolve the issue.

[June 10, 19:40 PT]

▶ [PC][Combat] Other players' character movement and combat effects may not display correctly during Co-op Raid battles.

  • This is a visual issue only. Other players' combat actions and damage calculations are functioning normally.

▶ [Combat] Breaker switching may fail when a change, skill, and hit reaction occur simultaneously.

  • If the previous Breaker remains active, switching back to that Breaker may become unavailable. Please complete the current battle and try again afterward.

▶ [Raid] Under certain conditions, selecting Exit from the Solo/Co-op Raid results screen may result in a persistent black screen.

  • Restarting the client will resolve the issue. On PC, please force-quit the game before restarting.

▶ [Raid] Under certain conditions, boss monsters may stop attacking during combat.

  • Approaching or attacking the boss will cause combat to resume normally.

▶ [Raid] After clearing a Co-op Raid, attempting to rematch may display a "Server connection has been lost" message and cancel matchmaking.

  • This issue can be avoided by entering Co-op Raid from the Common Gathering Hall or Raid Party Gathering Hall.

▶ [Content] Team setup changes made in the Common/Raid Party Gathering Hall may revert after leaving the area.

  • Return to the Main Screen and re-enter the game to synchronize the updated team setup.

▶ [Content] After changing your team setup in a Gathering Hall, switching Breakers may display another player's nickname instead of your own.

  • The display will return to normal after leaving the Gathering Hall or reconnecting.

▶ [Content] Using Weaver Lance during Guild License Promotion Dungeon battles may cause crashes on certain devices.

  • This issue primarily occurs on devices below the recommended specifications. Reconnecting will allow you to continue the battle.

▶ [Content] After completing the quest "In Search of the Divine Wolf Sanctuary – Defeat the Malice Flower," progression may occasionally stop.

  • Reconnecting will allow you to continue.

▶ [Content] Quest progression may fail under network latency conditions on the EU server.

  • Reconnecting will allow you to continue.

▶ [Content] After completing the quest "Dragonkin Erka's Wish," the quest "Head to the Ancient Dragon Shrine" may occasionally fail to progress.

  • Leave the quest area and re-enter to continue normally.

▶ [Content] Intro cutscenes may occasionally play audio and subtitles without displaying video.

  • This issue occurs on some PC and Steam Deck environments. Gameplay will proceed normally after the cutscene ends.

▶ [Content] The [Manual - Guide] mission may occasionally fail to register as completed during "Dragonkin Erka's Wish."[Fixed on 6/11 (Thu)]

  • This issue only affects the mission completion display and does not impact quest progression.

▶ [Content] During "Dragonkin Erka's Wish," changing Breakers from the Party Setup screen may occasionally cause the game to close unexpectedly.

  • Using either Quick Setup or Setup independently will function normally. Restart the game to continue playing.

▶ [Language] When a Breaker becomes incapacitated in combat, voice lines may play in Japanese regardless of the selected language setting.

▶ [Language] When using Traditional Chinese Zhuyin input, character limits may be counted based on input composition rather than completed characters.

▶ [Items] The item Bond Meteorite may not appear in the inventory or currency sections after acquisition.

  • Bond Meteorite currently has no use during the Prologue Test period.

▶ [Mobile][System] No storage-related warning popup appears when installation fails due to insufficient device storage.

▶ [Mobile][Compatibility] UI elements may be obscured by the camera area on certain devices.

▶ [Common] Occasional crashes or progression-blocking issues may occur during gameplay.

  • Reconnecting will usually resolve the issue. If the problem persists, completely close and relaunch the game.
