Liminal City changes
Dear Players,
I'm writing to you today with some sadness, but also excitement for a better gaming experience. I've decided to postpone my planned release date by a few weeks. This decision is necessary to ensure the game's technical robustness and smoothness.
Why Postponed?
The size and dynamic nature of my game involves numerous Backroom levels and seamless transitions. This means a lot of data is processed in the game world, and I've experienced some performance optimization challenges. I need a little more time to manage this process optimally.
Improving gamepad support and completing localization work are also among my priorities. All of these details are essential for the game to provide a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
New Release Date and Discount:
The game's release date has been postponed by three weeks. I will use this extra time to address any shortcomings. I'm also offering a 20% discount to thank you for your patience and support during this time.
As a Solo Developer:
Remember, this game is a solo project. I'm handling the entire development process myself, and every bit of feedback and suggestion is invaluable. The development process can sometimes be more complex than I anticipated, but I'm confident the results will be worth it.
Apologies and Thanks:
I apologize for this delay, but I needed to use this time to bring you the best version of Liminal City. Thank you so much for your patience, and I hope you'll ultimately experience something worth the wait.
Erdal,
LIGHTWORKER GAMES
