changedAs mentioned in our previous notice, we would like to provide additional information regarding the error pop-ups occurring during gameplay, as well as other known issues that have since been confirmed.
changed[Error Pop-up Issue] 1. Issue Cause - Although our servers had been prepared to handle traffic up to approximately 150% of the previous maximum capacity, - A sudden influx of traffic exceeded the limit and caused temporary connection issues.
changedMeasures Taken - To reduce server load, we have gradually applied temporary limits to incoming requests as an emergency measure. - Game service has now stabilized and should be available without issue. - We will continue improving our server and traffic-handling capacity to handle sudden request spikes so that the game remains serviceable even when the traffic exceeds our expectations.
