We would like to inform you of known issues identified in Ver. 1.104.0, updated on April 30th. Please refer below for more information.
[ Known Issues ] ▶ An issue in "Reflectrial][lairtcelfeR" where, if the boss unit has entered Phase 2, the game fails to respond when battle is resumed with the subsequent Team Loadout ※ We are currently investigating the cause of this issue. We will provide additional details via a separate notice once we have determined the cause and the means of resolving this issue.
▶ An issue where, in the Nocturnal Sweeping BokGak Reward Exchange menu, a certain reward item is shown and exchanged in incorrect numbers and rates ※ Relevant Item: [Season 7] Egoshard Crate
A temporary measure has been implemented after 4/30 14:03. (KST) Please note that even though the item's exchange rate is shown as "x1" in the UI text, you will receive 5 crates upon exchanging it.
※ For Managers who have exchanged the item between 4/30 12:00 ~ 4/30 14:03, please note that we will be providing the correct amount of the said reward item in the future based on its mismatched quantity.
