ladies and lords of Abella are no strangers to hard labour. Callused hands and sun-kissed faces are the mark of those who paid their dues at the fields digging trenches and plowing fields that stretch to the horizon. A trusty shovel is all a worker needs to completely transform the landscape. However, make no mistake - when push comes to shove, the same shovel may become a dangerous weapon...

The International Labor day seems like a perfect opportunity to pay homage to the weapon of the working feudal class. We are bringing back King of the Hill - a much beloved event that sets apart NPC peasants and true shovel whisperers!

📌 Rules📌

• A player's goal is to be the first to climb the hill and sit on the throne. Players can use shovels to knock down other competitors!

• No late entry - you must be at the venue when event starts. Depending on the attendance participants may be divided into groups, each group will be invited to their respective lobby.

• Binding spot will be provided on the venue.

• No stones in pockets! - remove ALL gear from your character (equipped and from inventory). Rags and shovels are the only things allowed. Shovels will be provided by administration at the venue.

• No violence wasted! - players MUST NOT fight in the lobby. In the lobby, players wait for a signal from the host.

• When all players have been checked and equipped with a shovel, the host gives a signal to start the event. The moment the doors to the hill open, it's shovel time!

• When one of the players sits on the throne, a round ends. Depending on the attendance:

• if divided by groups: the winner of a group advances to the next round tournament-style.

• if all participants in one group: the winner is decided in the first round; after that, participants return to the lobby, 2nd and 3rd places are decided in round 2 and 3 respectively.

• In case of rule violations, a GM will remove your character with no chance of returning to the contest.

• No looting defeated opponents allowed.
