[Ver. 4.88] Special item placement and added erotic images of trial-only NPCs!

This is the first trial version update in a while! UPDATE CONTENTS ◆Added an option to level up the Grenade Launcher. *In the trial version, it can only be leveled up to level 2.

Recently, we've been unable to update the trial version, and we've also been unable to incorporate erotic elements into the trial version, so we had the trial-only NPC do something a little naughty!
